The War against Islam that America and her European allies are waging overseas is also coming to a boil right here at home. I remember reading an article by the Honorable Elijah Muhammad back in 1968 in which he decribed the battle between Islam and Christianity. He described Western civilization as being like alcohol with a boiling point of 170 degrees F, while Islam is like water with a boiling point of 212 degrees F. So as the heat mounts Islam remains cool while these so-called Christians boil over into a frenzied rage directed at Islam. Notice in the article below the mischaracterization of Islam and immigrants, anybody who is considered by some to be the 'outsiders'. Fear is being kindled here. The justification for persecution of Muslims is being formulated. We all must be aware that such misguided thinking that may actualize in unjust, unwise policy later on. We must enter into dialogue with those who are seeing muslims through tinted glasses that distort the image of Islam and its message of brotherhood and universal peace.

Arrogant, Righteous And Determined

As political correctness allows and emboldens Muslims to continue their onslaught into the United States, few Americans see our predicament and fewer still speak up.

While liberals and academics, living in gated communities and ivory towers, shout to the rooftops the wonders of multiculturalism-a not-so-silent war gathers beneath the surface of our seemingly peaceful society.

Today, the U.S. Congress continues importing 100,000 legal immigrants every 30 days. That equals 1.2 million mostly poor, illiterate and unskilled people from third world countries that compete for limited welfare dollars and jobs-annually. At the same time, 14 million U.S. citizens cannot obtain a job, 13.4 million American children live below the poverty line, and finally, 35 million American citizens subsist on food stamps.

Not once will you hear of any debate on the absurdity of adding 100,000 immigrants monthly to our already overwhelmed civilization. As reported in an earlier column, the U.S. suffers 40 million people that cannot read ("America filling up with dumb people" www.newswithviews.com) and 52 million Americans that cannot read past the 4thgrade level. Results of poverty and illiteracy:

Unwed mothers birth tens of thousands of babies on public welfare. Black gangs attack white citizens in Denver, Colorado where I live. Hispanic gangs in Los Angeles rule the streets; so much so, police officers do not dare enter gang turf for fear of being executed. As their crimes accelerate, our national prison population, now at 2.3 million inmates, grows commensurately. While in prison, Islam appeals to and converts more and more minorities.

Seattle, Washington police executions this week

"All four Lakewood County police officers had been shot and killed by Maurice Clemmons, an ex-con and alleged member of the Nation of Islam with a long rap sheet of violent crimes," reported by the Last Crusade. "Clemmons, the Last Crusade has learned from an Arkansas law enforcement official, became a member of the Nation of Islam while serving time in the Cummins Prison."

This is a true story and the author, Rick Mathes, is a well-known leader in
prison ministry. The Muslim religion is the fastest growing religion per capita in the United States , especially in the minority races!

"Last month I attended my annual training session that's required for maintaining my state prison security clearance," said Mathes. "During the training session there was a presentation by three speakers representing the Roman Catholic, Protestant and Muslim faiths, who explained each of their beliefs.

"I was particularly interested in what the Islamic Imam had to say. The Imam gave a great presentation of the basics of Islam, complete with a video. After the presentations, time was provided for questions and answers.

"When it was my turn, I directed my question to the Imam and asked: "Please, correct me if I'm wrong, but I understand that most Imams and clerics of Islam have declared a holy jihad [Holy war] against the infidels of the world and, that by killing an infidel, (which is a command to all Muslims) they are assured of a place in heaven. If that's the case, can you give me the definition of an infidel?'

"There was no disagreement with my statements and, without hesitation, he replied, "Non-believers!"
"I responded, "So, let me make sure I have this straight. All followers of Allah have been commanded to kill everyone who is not of your faith so they can have a place in heaven. Is that correct?

"The expression on his face changed from one of authority and command to that of a little boy who had just been caught with his hand in the cookie jar.
"He sheepishly replied, "Yes." I then stated, 'Well, sir, I have a real problem trying to imagine Pope John Paul commanding all Catholics to kill those of your faith or Dr. Stanley ordering all Protestants to do the same in order to guarantee them a place in heaven!

The Imam was speechless!

"I continued, "I also have a problem with being your friend when you and your brother clerics are telling your followers to kill me!"

Needless to say, the organizers and/or promoters of the Diversification

Training seminar were not happy with my way of dealing with the Islamic Imam, and exposing the truth about the Muslims' beliefs."

Qur'an (5:33) - "The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His messenger and strive to make mischief in the land is only this, that they should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off on opposite sides or they should be imprisoned; this shall be as a disgrace for them in this world, and in the hereafter they shall have a grievous chastisement."

Qur'an (8:12) - "I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them." No reasonable person would interpret this to mean a spiritual struggle.

Qur'an (9:5) - "So when the sacred months have passed away, then slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them captives and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush."

The bankruptcy of the United States is now certain

It's one of those numbers that's so unbelievable you have to actually think about it for a while... Within the next 12 months, the U.S. Treasury will have to refinance $2 trillion in short-term debt. And that's not counting any additional deficit spending, which is estimated to be around $1.5 trillion. Put the two numbers together. Then ask yourself, how in the world can the Treasury borrow $3.5 trillion in only one year? That's an amount equal to nearly 30% of our entire GDP. And we're the world's biggest economy. Where will the money come from?
How did we end up with so much short-term debt? Like most entities that have far too much debt - whether subprime borrowers, GM, Fannie, or GE - the U.S. Treasury has tried to minimize its interest burden by borrowing for short durations and then "rolling over" the loans when they come due. As they say on Wall Street, "a rolling debt collects no moss." What they mean is, as long as you can extend the debt, you have no problem. Unfortunately, that leads folks to take on ever greater amounts of debt… at ever shorter durations… at ever lower interest rates. Sooner or later, the creditors wake up and ask themselves: What are the chances I will ever actually be repaid? And that's when the trouble starts. Interest rates go up dramatically. Funding costs soar. The party is over. Bankruptcy is next.

When governments go bankrupt it's called "a default." Currency speculators figured out how to accurately predict when a country would default. Two well-known economists - Alan Greenspan and Pablo Guidotti - published the secret formula in a 1999 academic paper. That's why the formula is called the Greenspan-Guidotti rule. The rule states: To avoid a default, countries should maintain hard currency reserves equal to at least 100% of their short-term foreign debt maturities. The world's largest money management firm, PIMCO, explains the rule this way: "The minimum benchmark of reserves equal to at least 100% of short-term external debt is known as the Greenspan-Guidotti rule. Greenspan-Guidotti is perhaps the single concept of reserve adequacy that has the most adherents and empirical support."
The principle behind the rule is simple. If you can't pay off all of your foreign debts in the next 12 months, you're a terrible credit risk. Speculators are going to target your bonds and your currency, making it impossible to refinance your debts. A default is assured.
So how does America rank on the Greenspan-Guidotti scale? It's a guaranteed default. The U.S. holds gold, oil, and foreign currency in reserve. The U.S. has 8,133.5 metric tonnes of gold (it is the world's largest holder). That's 16,267,000 pounds. At current dollar values, it's worth around $300 billion. The U.S. strategic petroleum reserve shows a current total position of 725 million barrels. At current dollar prices, that's roughly $58 billion worth of oil. And according to the IMF, the U.S. has $136 billion in foreign currency reserves. So altogether... that's around $500 billion of reserves. Our short-term foreign debts are far bigger.
According to the U.S. Treasury, $2 trillion worth of debt will mature in the next 12 months. So looking only at short-term debt, we know the Treasury will have to finance at least $2 trillion worth of maturing debt in the next 12 months. That might not cause a crisis if we were still funding our national debt internally. But since 1985, we've been a net debtor to the world. Today, foreigners own 44% of all our debts, which means we owe foreign creditors at least $880 billion in the next 12 months - an amount far larger than our reserves.
Keep in mind, this only covers our existing debts. The Office of Management and Budget is predicting a $1.5 trillion budget deficit over the next year. That puts our total funding requirements on the order of $3.5 trillion over the next 12 months.
So… where will the money come from? Total domestic savings in the U.S. are only around $600 billion annually. Even if we all put every penny of our savings into U.S. Treasury debt, we're still going to come up nearly $3 trillion short. That's an annual funding requirement equal to roughly 40% of GDP. Where is the money going to come from? From our foreign creditors? Not according to Greenspan-Guidotti. And not according to the Indian or the Russian central bank, which have stopped buying Treasury bills and begun to buy enormous amounts of gold. The Indians bought 200 metric tonnes this month. Sources in Russia say the central bank there will double its gold reserves.
So where will the money come from? The printing press. The Federal Reserve has already monetized nearly $2 trillion worth of Treasury debt and mortgage debt. This weakens the value of the dollar and devalues our existing Treasury bonds. Sooner or later, our creditors will face a stark choice: Hold our bonds and continue to see the value diminish slowly, or try to escape to gold and see the value of their U.S. bonds plummet.
One thing they're not going to do is buy more of our debt. Which central banks will abandon the dollar next? Brazil, Korea, and Chile. These are the three largest central banks that own the least amount of gold. None own even 1% of their total reserves in gold.

Coincidentally, the New York Times repeated our warnings - nearly word for word - in its paper today. (They didn't mention Greenspan-Guidotti, however... It's a real secret of international speculators.)

What is the vision of Education for the Nation of Islam?
Vision is concretized through belief and work. Vision is defined as: insight, foresight, and planning.
In the advent of studying history we are taught that, it is the best tool to rewards one’s research. For history allows us to gather facts, statistical data, study movements, events, and occurrences. It helps us to understand one’s view of reality and existence from a hindsight, insight and foresight.
The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad teaches in the Fall of America that the destruction of America’s education is the destruction of their wisdom to educate the people.
Education is a guide for people to keep and maintain a civilized life. It is education that civilizes us.
Students no longer want old world guidance. It is new World that they want. But in their mad destruction of the Old World, they do not know how to prepare for a new world civilization (MHEM). Thus we can conclude that Nations are maintained and sustained through education. Individuals must be properly developed, guided, and educated for their proper service into the Nation.
Education is the chief defense of nations. People who build nations also build schools first. Everyone agrees that good schools are vital for our nation to survive and thrive. Schools refine and polish the nation’s most precious resource by laying the foundation for a successful future.
A nation never outgrows its need for good schools and good school leaders. A strong nation requires strong schools. If the school is true to its mission, everything it does aid, in some small way, which creates the forging of a stronger nation.
“…from these halls explodes a nation.”
The question is this, what are the conditions, structures and circumstances of our educational system and our children in the Nation of Islam? Are we still depending on a wicked system rooted in evil to provide leadership and aid for our Nation? Have we integrated our children into the killing fields of American education? Are we sending our children who are born in the Nation back into slavery?
What are we willing to do to preserve our belief system? Our culture? And our Nation? What price are you willing to pay to build the Kingdom of God?
Do our children have a proper image of the Nation of Islam? Are they being taught about the Nation of Islam and its accomplishments?
Have the sins parents visited upon our children? If our parents have a distorted view and perception of themselves as well as the Nation of Islam, how then are the children’s belief system and understanding of the Nation of Islam? Imagery is important.
The Government understands that the Nation survives through the proper development of the children and the implanting into to the minds and hearts the love and commitment for the Nation. This government will wait patiently for us to die out, while in the meantime, it will work on capturing the hearts and minds of our children, thus seeking a long term goal which is to ultimately destroy the Nation of Islam, wiping us out of history and out of the memories of the people.
The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan stated to us, that he took it upon himself to make sure that his teacher is not forgotten and written out of history.
What are we then commissioned to do?
The study guides states that with out practical application- if the student does not use the principles in daily life--- the course will not produce thought reversal and we will not experience a change. We must provide an environment for our children that will produce thought reversal and change.
In the study guide it states that the gravitational pull of what is, makes it very hard to implement, what ought to be. Moving out of the darkness of ignorance into the light of knowledge is not just a step, it is an odyssey. Odyssey: long adventurous journey.
We must be willing to make this journey, not following with doubt and suspension, but with patience and comprehensive knowledge. We must close all existing gaps in educating our children for proper service to God, family, community, Nation and then unto the world.
With the coming of The Nation of Islam, into the 21st century, we must be in the spirit of war for the purpose of acquiring knowledge. In order to assure that the history, the values, the legacy, and the accomplishments of our founding fathers, were a vital part of the development of a new civilization. The Kingdom of God, here on earth, we must teach our children, in order to prepare them to be prepared, leadership roles as well as the maintenance of a new Nation. We must teach our children everything that our history, our legacy, our accomplishments. We must teach them about the Nation of Islam, of Allah, who came in the person of Master Fard Muhammad, The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad, The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, and all those who helped shape, mold and build the Nation of Islam. We must prepare them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and talents, through love so that they will be motivated to fulfill and carry out the promise that The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad stated to The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan which is, “the Nation will never fall again.”
If our children gain an education, which will instill the idea and desire to establish something of our own i.e., a country of our own and jobs of our own, then our desire is accomplished. An education that will elevate our children, our future, our nation. Therefore, We must instill within our children the desire to learn and utilize their education for maintenance, sustenance, perpetuation, and protection of the history, legacy, and accomplishments of the Nation of Islam.
We must study the United States Government and how they strategically, masterfully, and scientifically survived from the initiation point of Independence from Great Britain, until now in the 21st century. This has been accomplished through institutions developed to instill in each individual the memory, spirit and education of the legacy, history, and accomplishments of the Founding Fathers. When a citizen is able to walk, enter, and be enrolled in the first institution which is education, they are taught, and instilled with the desire to propagate; educate; protect; maintain; and help build a nation in which they have been taught to love, defend and even die for.
Those whom are ushered through these types of institutions are conditioned to instill the same ideology into their children, their family, and their generations to come. This is why the educational system is a vital tool. The United States Government has strategically created and developed institutions, which are design to produce individuals that will prolong the vision of the founding fathers, which was developed close to 300 years ago.
“The educational institutions are responsible for fostering the growth of an individual that he or she may take responsibility for self. This they have failed to do.”
“A steward acts for another. The homes, the school, the church, are only to be responsible for the in individual for a certain period of time. But during that time, each one of these institutions is to feed the individual that the individual may recognize what life is, or the choices that he may make: heaven or hell, the two conditions of life.”
“The institutions have the responsibility for feeding and nurturing the will that is to be strengthened in the way of right; cultivate the natural desire and show those in its charge how to develop the desires that are proper and curb the desires that are improper; to develop their natural intelligence that they may distinguish between the proper and the improper and the will to bring into fruition what is right.”
“The failure of the institutions to perform their function renders them obsolete and justifies their removal by Allah (God) and He says, “Behold! I make all things new!”
“The Caucasian people have set up institutions that reflect a damaged perception of reality.”
“To “institute” means to “start or initiate”. The institutions have failed precisely because they were not founded on Allah (God) as the center. Therefore, they have failed to assist the individual in becoming a master of self, a controller of self. They do not teach a God-Centered chemistry, psychology, law medicine, etc.”
“The children of the institutions (“alma matter”) are bringing pain and suffering because they were not taught from a God centered base. This has resulted in anarchy and complete total rebellion.”
When nations go to war, and conquer the opposing force, they take over and build educational institutions, and teach the conquered everything about the conqueror. As a result over time, the conquered become like the conqueror. They learn to live with their vision, values, expectations, traditions, rituals, and all that encompass the longevity of the conqueror.
So then, what we have been given is not our mind, but the mind of those who have oppressed us. Subtly given to us in mathematic, chemistry, physics, in all of the disciplines there is an underlining philosophy that accompanies that discipline which is rooted in the western civilization. This is contrary to the nature in which the Black man is created.
So if we are to tap the resources of our minds, we will come up short. We have never been given the opportunity to discover our minds and resources that our embedded in the mind. We had never been given the knowledge to discover that we really had a mind. In fact we will discover that the 400 years that we have been in America we have been out of our minds. And they, our oppressors, have put their minds in us. So then, invariably we act upon their thoughts, we fulfill their hopes, their aspirations, we work for the building up of their civilizations, their culture, their norms, their values, their folkway, their morays, we mouth their doctrines, we study their culture, we speak their language, we think along their lines, so in fact the only thing black about us is the exterior, but the inside of us is their inside. So they have made an enemy for us, in us. (HMLF)
The antidote for the poison must be given, so that we may tap the God given resources of our minds.
The Nation of Islam must prepare our children who are in the Nation, to propagate, educate, protect, maintain and help build a Nation of Freedom, Justice, Independence and Equality. We must instill and interest in proper service to self, family, community, and nation and then to the world. We must produce good, capable and strong citizens in the Nation of Islam. We must provide an environment that fosters celebrates and promotes maximum growth and development of children that will serve honorably in the Nation of Islam. We must provide an environment that is safe, and discipline in order to free the minds from unnecessary distractions. The National High School is the launching pad to accomplish victory.

“We should consult the Holy Qur’an, asking, “What does the Best Knower say about this?” Then we use the scholars and scientist as witness bearers of His Truth”.

America's War on Islam Heats Up

It is clear to most people that the alleged war on terror is actually a war on the religion of Islam. There is an on-going campaign to discredit Islam as a faith and to intimidate and arrest individual Muslims in America and abroad. It some respects this campaign has taken on the characteristics of a modern day Crusade right from the Middle Ages. Islam has replaced Communism as the avowed enemy to be defeated by the 'Christian' West. Without an enemy in sight, the West would have to disarm and disband NATO and the whole military-industrial-media complex.

More Arrests In America's War On Islam

A November 24 'hate mail' underscores the issue, titled "Muslims in America - violent clashing of cultures, basic incompatibility of Western thought and Muslim theocracy," then quoting Denver radio talk show host Peter Boyles (know.com) saying:

"Not all Muslims are terrorists, but all terrorists are Muslims."

Not Jews, not Christians, not Hindus, not Buddhists, or persons from any of the lesser known religions, just Muslims with no understanding that Islam teaches love, not hate; peace, not violence; charity, not selfishness; and tolerance, not terrorism; or that Islam, Christianity and Judaism have common roots.

Yet according to Pat Robertson, Monday, November 9 on his 700 Club:

"Islam is a violent - I was going to say religion - but it's not a religion. It's a political system. It's a violent political system bent on the overthrow of governments of the world and world domination."

After the Fort Hood tragedy, the American Family Association (the "family values" anti-gay, pro-life, Islamophobic group) called for a ban on Muslims in the military, saying:

"This is not Islamophobia, it is Islamo-realism. The reason is simple: the more devout a Muslim is, the more of a threat he is to national security."

Given America's war on Islam, the nation's 6.5 million Muslims wonder if their turn is next.

It never ends, and on November 23, New York Times writer Andrea Elliott headlined, "Charges Detail Road to Terror for 20 in US," then continued saying:

"Federal officials on Monday unsealed terrorism-related charges against men they say were key actors in a recruitment effort that led roughly 20 young Americans to join a violent insurgent group (Al-Shabaab) in Somalia with ties to Al Qaeda." More on Al-Shabaab below.

Eight new suspects were charged in "one of the most extensive domestic terrorism investigations since" 9/11. Some have been arrested. Others remain at large, including "several believed to be still fighting" against the US-backed government and African Union paramilitary peacekeepers in Somalia. More on that as well.

On November 23, a Department of Justice (DOJ) press release headlined, "Terror Charges Unsealed in Minneapolis Against Eight Men, Justice Department Announces," then continued saying:

Terrorism offenses were against eight defendants, charged with "providing financial support to those who traveled to Somalia to fight on behalf of al-Shabaab, a designated foreign terrorist organization; attending terrorist training camps operated by al-Shabaab; and fighting on behalf of al-Shabaab."

After "raising money" in America and working with "alleged co-conspirators in Somalia, six men went there in December 2007." On arrival, they "allegedly stayed at safe-houses....and attended an al-Shabaab training camp (where they were instructed in) small arms, machine guns, rocket-propelled grenades and military-style tactics. Allegedly, (they were also) indoctrinated with anti-Ethiopian, anti-American, anti-Israeli and anti-Western beliefs."

Numerous previous articles by this writer exposed fraudulent DOJ charges against Muslim men and one woman. Paid informants entrapped them. Each time there was no plot, no crime, or an intention to commit one. Charges were baseless against innocent victims who were targeted, persecuted, arrested, imprisoned, kept in isolation, denied bail, restricted on their right to counsel, tried on secret evidence and bogus charges, convicted by intimidated juries, then given long prison terms for their faith, ethnicity, activism, charity, prominence, and mostly for being Muslims in America at the wrong time.

Examples include:

-- the "Fort Dix Five," for planning to wage war against the US Army at the New Jersey base;

-- Yassin Aref and Mohammed Mosharref Hossain for seeking a missile to use against the Pakistani ambassador in New York;

-- the Newburgh, NY 4 for wanting stinger missiles to down New York-based Air National Guard jets and blow up New York synagogues;

-- the North Carolina 7 for plotting war against the Marines at Quantico, VA;

-- Najibullah Zazi for planning to bomb one or more major New York sites on or around September 11, 2009;

-- Miami's Liberty City Seven for plotting to blow up Chicago's Sears Tower and a Miami FBI building;

-- Tariq Mehanna charged with "conspiracy to provide support to terrorists" after he refused to be an FBI paid informant against other Muslim men in his community;

-- Aafia Siddiqui, called "Al Qaeda woman" for planning a mass casualty attack with radiological, chemical, and/or biological weapons against one of more of the following targets - the Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, Empire State Building, Wall Street, and the animal disease center on Plum Island; and

-- numerous other innocent victims falsely accused in America's war on Islam.

Later, look for evidence to exonerate the Minneapolis and Philadelphia suspects, manipulated by undercover or paid informants to look guilty when, in fact, they're innocent.

Obama's War

Well here we go down the slippery slope at breakneck speed. From now on, Afghanistan is Obama's War. He apparently has decided to send 30,000 more troops to the 8 year old illegal invasion of a sovereign country. The original reason sited was that Afghanistan was the headquarters of the fictitious "Al-Qaida" which attacked the World Trade Center on 911, led by the infamous Osama Bin Laden. That is a lie that is so monstrously preposterous that we should all be laughing out loud, except that as a result of that lie, and all the lies that followed, millions of people in that region are dead, and millions more maimed, and millions on top of that homeless and destitute.

How could a bunch of mostly illiterate Afghani tribesmen coordinate the sophisticated attack against a target inside the US from a cave? Impossible! What is even more unbelievable? That the American people accept this patent nonsense and allow their son's and daughters to be used as cannon fodder to further the interests of the war and petroleum industries who want to build a pipeline across Afghanistan. Actually, some polls have shown that a majority of the American people believe that 911 was an inside job. In other words: High Treason!

So rather than making a clean break from the criminally insane policies of George W Bush, President Barack Obama has decided to plunge in head first to join the killing fest. And you better believe it won't stop here. Expect to see a widening of the war into Pakistan and you can't rule out the craziest of all craziness - a military strike against Iran! I don't know about you, but I am sorely disappointed! I expected better.

Where's the change we can believe in?

Obama Issues New Orders On Afghanistan

President Obama huddled at 5 p.m. Sunday with his top military and national security team, issuing orders for the Pentagon to implement his plan for sending more than 30,000 more troops to Afghanistan.
White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs told reporters that Obama "issued orders" from the Oval Office to Defense Secretary Robert Gates, Gen. David Petraeus, Adm. Mike Mullen, National Security Adviser Jim Jones, Gen. James Cartwright and chief of staff Rahm Emanuel. Before that meeting he spoke via phone with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
"The president communicated his final decision on the strategy ... and issued orders on the strategy's implementation," Gibbs said.
Obama also will be in "close consultation with our friends and allies throughout the day" because the administration believes the war "is a shared international challenge."
The president has called foreign leaders Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi and French President Nicolas Sarkozy. He will call Russian President Dimitri Medvedev and British Prime Minister Gordon Brown today. He also is meeting privately with Australia's Kevin Rudd today at the White House.
Australia has sent more troops to Afghanistan this year to a level the U.s. is "quite pleased with," Gibbs said, and Obama is not planning to ask the country for more.
Obama will formally announce the troops decision tomorrow night in a speech from West Point Military Academy.
The White House refuses to offer guidance on the exact number of troops who will be sent to the region, and Gibbs told reporters Obama is not being "overly specific" in his calls with world leaders to keep the circle of people who know tightly secure.
Gibbs said at 6 p.m. last night Obama spoke via secure video teleconference with Gen. Stanley McChrystal and Ambassador Eikenberry from the Situation Room to lay out his decision. He will tell 31 members of Congress tomorrow at 4:45 P.M.
Obama is still working with Ben Rhodes of the NSC team on the final version speech.
Late Update: The Pentagon used its Twitter feed to solicit thoughts from citizens: "Lots in the news today on Pres. Obama's Afghan speech tomorrow. What points and/or issues do you think he should highlight?"
